- What you give us: your name, business name, phone number or email address, and the details of your enquiry, when you use the contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
At the time of writing, this website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
3. How the contact form works
The form does not store your details on our website. When you press the send button, it opens your email app or WhatsApp with your message prepared. Your message is sent only when you send it yourself, and it is then handled by your email or WhatsApp provider as well as by us.
4. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
- To provide and manage services under an agreement with you.
- To communicate about projects, payments and support.
- To improve our services and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Marketing services and lead data
When we run lead generation, funnels or social media for a client, we may process enquiry details of that client’s prospects on the client’s behalf and under their instructions. Clients are responsible for the privacy notices and consents for their own customers. This policy covers our own website and business.
6. Third-party services
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface. Google receives your IP address and browser details when the font loads.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider handle messages you send us.
If we add analytics or advertising pixels from Google or Meta in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
7. Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own at present. Third-party services may process data under their own policies.
8. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, communication, payment and accounting tools), professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires.
9. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed for the purpose they were given, including any resulting contract, and then for the period required for legal, tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your details earlier.
